Life is an emotional rollercoaster, Snow found out the hard way. She had laid out her plan perfectly, but it has been proven since time immemorial that even the most perfectly laid out plans go awry, and that is what happened to dear, sweet, literally poor Snow.
Well, she wasn’t poor for too long. Once she cooked for a celebrity, and it blew her mind, Snow was on the receiving end of more cooking opportunities and raked in some serious moolah and became quite the celebrity chef herself. Or at least started out to become one. At the home front, after a quick dressing down, Dallas finally got his shit together. Considering that Snow was busting her hump at work, Dallas began to focus on raising Siraana. He even bought a pack of vicks to rub under his nose and keep the smell at bay when he began to potty-train Siraana. Soon, Sirana was walking on her feet and her vocabulary began to consist of more than just goo-goos and gaa-gaas.
While Dallas focused on being a good daddy, Snow was working two jobs. There was here work at the Corsican Bistro as the Line Cook, and then there was the job of convincing Dallas to go back to the Sims University to complete a Business Degree, and then find a well paying job that would help them during their rainy days. Snow, as it turns out, is not too good with money when she does have some. She invests in a new state-of-the-art fridge, and adds an extension to their cottage, which she hopes to furnish into an en-suite master bedroom complete with a bath and laundry space. As for the tiny bedroom they currently sleep in, Snow hopes to turn it into a study. Why a study, you ask? Well, food seems to really sing to Snow. Having started a food blog titled ‘Appetite for Delight,’ Snow’s inaugural blog post has already earned her 75 followers, which seems to be *way* more for what I can say about my blog. The study would house a laptop, according to Snow’s wishes, and she could blog more rather than doing so on her Smartphone and being constantly distracted by Candy Crush which seriously impairs her chopping veggies skills. And when Dallas does take up a job, he will probably need a study to. Snow is all about metaphorically killing two birds with one stone.
She eventually talks Dallas into taking an aptitude test for a Business Degree… and he does so wonderfully that he can earn a degree after just ONE semester at Sims University! And he wins a scholarship!
Dallas shows increasing enthusiasm towards Snow’s ideas and is eventually convinced when Snow finally… ahem… uses her wiles and bodily skills. It can’t hurt to have one last WooHoo before Dallas leaves for university. Soon, it is Dallas’ last day with Siraana, now a school going child, and the beautiful Snow, who seems to be good for him. But remember what I said about the most perfectly laid out plans? Well, shit hit the fan. In Snow’s excitement and lust to push Dallas towards University, Snow forgot to take the necessary precautions and… she is now expecting Baby No. 2!
Afraid that telling Dallas would mean he decides to stay on and help Snow, she keeps it a secret from him. Snow is a hair’s breadth away from a meltdown. She is back to single-mommying again and now she has to prepare for the new arrival. At the same time, she grows increasingly paranoid that Dallas will find a clever beauty at University and do away with Snow, who, despite all of Dallas’ faults, has grown to love him sincerely. Snow holds back the news of the surprise baby from Dallas, but Dallas has a surprise for Snow. He hires a maid service to help with the chores while he is gone *and* has the Snow’s dream ensuite furnished with the loveliest of trimmings and furniture and whatnot. This brings fat tears to Snow’s eyes. Dallas really is a wonderful man and all of her scheming has been to send him away and take advantage of him upon his return. Guilt begins to overwhelm dear Snow, and that can’t be good for the new baby! What O’ what will poor Snow do?
